Participants will have an opportunity to share relevant examples from their Schools of Nursing.<\/p>\n<p>This presentation is about getting informed, having a voice, a plan, and an impact.\u00a0 Schools of Nursing in Canada can make an important contribution to the SDGs.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qtllTaD_9J0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Presenter:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nancy Edwards, RN (non-practising), PhD, FCAHS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nancy Edwards is a Distinguished Professor and Professor Emeritus, School of Nursing, University of Ottawa.\u00a0 Dr. Edwards obtained her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Windsor and completed graduate studies in epidemiology at McMaster University and McGill University. She is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Edwards\u2019 professional interests are in the fields of public and population health.
